Origin with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana TX. and New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland PA. Deliveries to begin 90 days after receipt of order. The rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C 2304 (c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition because the authority cited states only a one responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
