This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-04 and DAC 91-12. Requirement: 1. Transoft StudioBoss PRO FC MAC Seat for Avid System -- Quantity 6; 2. Transoft StudioBoss 10 Port Hub -- Quantity 1; 3. Transoft StudioBoss FC PRO RAID -- Quantity 1; 4. Transoft Spare 9GB Drive Module -- Quantity 1; 5. Transoft Upgrade to Dual RAID Controller -- Quantity 1; 6. Installation and Support for Transoft 6 Seats -- Quantity 1 (LOT). Delivery, F.O.B. Origin (NIMA will pick-up at vendor's facility), shall be no later than 60 days after contract award. The following clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2 (evaluation is based on price), FAR 52.212-3 (to be provided with quotation), FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5 (appropriate clauses will be defined at time of award), and DFARS 252.212-7001 (appropriate clauses will be defined at time of award).
