This is a combined synopsis/solication for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this Notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation document and incorprated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The nonmanufacturer size standard of not more than 500 employees for the purposes of Government procurement of supplies. Delivery shall be made within ten business days or less.
