Existing and created slash and brush shall be mulched, chopped, or chewed up so it is within eight (8) inches of the ground surface. Ninety-five percent of the thinning slash, brush, and whips shall be treated to specifications. Approximate size is 420 acres. Approximate start date is 09/01/98.
