who feel they can provide compatible equipment which meets the
specifications; may submit a written response which must be received by
the contracting office no later than 15 days after the publication of
this notice. The response must clearly show the firm's capability to
provide compatible equipment, descriptive literature, and a copy of the
firm's GSA Schedule, if applicable. All responses from responsiblen
sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to
this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a
solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional
synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the
intended schedule vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of
