This is a simplified acquisition procurement under $100,000.00. Planholders lists will not be provided. The requirement is set-aside for small business concerns. The SIC is 7359, Equipment Rental and Leasing, N.E.C. -- $5 Million. This requirement is a follow-on to an existing lease contract. The following is a brief description of the work: Contractor shall provide on a lease basis a temporary bathroom facility (water closets, lavatories, showers, and 45 single tier metal lockers) for use by the Navy. The minimum term of the lease shall be for 1 year with provisions for 4 option years. The Contractor shall provide delivery, set-up, tear down and removal of the facility. The contractor is also responsible for the maintenance of the facility during the lease period(s) and should include this cost in the monthly lease rate. The solicitation package is scheduled to be issued on or about April 20, 1998. A site visit will be held on April 27, 1998 at 10:00 AM. Interested contractors are to meet at Building 103, Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL. Quotes will be due by the date and time specified in the solicitation.
