The purpose and intent of this solicitation is the Restoration of Flood Damaged Roads. Restoration consists of repairing flood damage sites on forest roads at 9 locations within the Little Applegate Watershed. Removal and replacement of damaged culverts, removal and end haul of slide material from roadway, replacement of roadway fill material, cleaning and armoring inlets and outlets of culverts; reconditioning ditchlines and roadway surfaces and replacement of roadway surfacing.
