The work includes, but is not limited to, a one story slab on grade; structural steel framed, metal stud and face brick exterior wall enclosure; a loading dock and loading dock ramp; landscaping and parking lot; a U.S. Postal Service close circuit TV security system and a U.S. Postal Service retail lobby. Provide and install building support such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Construction cost range: $1,700,000 to $1,850,000. Construction completion time will be three hundred (300) calendar days from the date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation factor in addition to price is as follows: 1. General Experience.
