Demolition shall include only that existing duct- work required to facilitate the installation of new sheet metal ductwork required to facilitate the installation of new sheet metal ductwork. Demolition of ceiling tile and grid is also included. A new VAV air distribution shall be designed for the new space layout . Specific instructions are included in the RFQ.
