Warren, Saginaw, MI; 2810 West Fort, Detroit, MI; 315 W. Allegan, Lansing, MI; 526 Water Street, Port Huron, MI; and 110 Michigan Street NW, Grand Rapids, MI. The completion time for this project is One Hundred Twenty (120) days from Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000.
