Ponce, (808) 449-6860 ext. 301 The principal features of this project shall include but not be limited to the maintenance, repair, and construction of concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, driveway aprons, carport floors, and related excvation and embankment, asphalt pavement patching, topsoiling and grassing. This solicitation is for one basic year and four option years, and will be issued on/or about 27 May 1998 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition. This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantiy contract The estimated range of the procurement is between $5,000.00 (guaranteed minimum) and $1,000,000.00 for the basic year. The performance period is 365 calendar days with (4) four option years. The solicitation will be issued on or about 27 April 98.
