The work includes all labor, transportation, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform demolition and repair of existing roofing systems and installation of new roofing systems, and incidental related work. Contract minimum is $100,000.00. Contract term shall commence on date of award and shall be for a period of twelve months or until the maximum amount of work has been ordered, whichever occurs first.
