work includes but is not limited to cleaning and closing of one
existing underground tank system, cleaning and removal of another UST
system, and providing a new aboveground tank including all piping and
leak detection required to supply fuel oil to both generators. This
projet is being solicited under simplified acquisition to all
interested firms. The estimated cost range is between $25,000 and
$100,000. Bid and Performance Bonds are not required; however, a
Payment Bond will be required after award as specified in the
solicitation. Quotes are due May 7, 1998 at 2:00 p.m. at which time
they will be privately recorded. Results will be made of the contract
award upon receipt of a written request. The solicitation will be
available April 10, 1998. The cost for each set of plans and
