DESC: REALIGNMENT OF SHOPS, RED RIVER ARMY DEPOT, TEXAS The project will include constructing an addition to Building 319; Replace flooring, ventilation and material handling equipment in Building 345; Convert paint booths in Building 323; Install compressor/dryer in Building 324; and construct a loading dock and receiving office at Building 321. Estimated Value: $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. Bids from large business firms must comply with FAR clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan. The Fort Worth District subcontracting goals are for specified percentages of the contractor's total planned subcontract amount to be placed with the following: 61.2% with small business; 9.1% with small disadvantaged business, 4.5% with women-owned small business, and 5.5% with Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MIs).
