Z -- ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGION DISPATCH CENTER REMODEL SOL DE-FB65-98WJ35445 DUE 052798 POC Frank Armstrong, (970) 490-7216; Cheryl Smith, (970) 490-7523 Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to remodel the Rocky Mountain Region's Dispatch Center. The work consists of and includes the complete remodel of an existing dispatch center including demolition, architectural walls and ceilings, custom woodworking, flooring, electrical control and lighting system, fire detection and suppression modifications, complete mechanical HVAC system, lockers, kitchen and bathroom modifications and all other associated work. This project is located in Loveland, Colorado in Larimer County, Colorado. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The solicitation, specifications and drawings will be issued in hard copy FREE OF CHARGE. Note: In accordance with Western's Acquisition Handbook, "Western procurement officials shall limit availability of solicitations." Therefore, only a LIMITED NUMBER of copies of this solicitation will be available to be distributed by this office. Copies of this solicitation will be issued on a "first-come, first-served basis". Additional copies of this solicitation will be available through various "Plan Holders Rooms". All work for all of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN's) must be completed NLT within 270 calendar days after Western issues a "Notice to Proceed". All the CLINs will be delivery FOB destination. There will be only one award made from this solicitation. Therefore, all Bidders must submit their bids on an "all or none basis". This solicitation will be issued on or about April 29, 1998.
