Base Bid work includes dredging approximately 272,000 cubic yards of material from Station 20+00 to Station 70+00, Range 0-250. (Construction time 45 calendar days which includes mobilization and demobilization.) OPTION A: Work includes dredging approximately 126,000 cubic yards of material from Station 0+00 to Station 20+00 and Station 70+00 to Station 100+00, Range 0-250. (Additional Construction time +7 calendar days.) OPTION B: Work includes dredging approximately 159,000 cubic yards of material from Station 100+00 to Station 150+00, Range 0-250. (Additional Construction time +7 calendar days.) OPTION C: Work includes dredging approximately 184,000 cubic yards of material from Station 20+00 to Station 70+00, Range 250-300. (Additional Construction time +11 calendar days.) OPTION D: Work includes dredging approximately 209,000 cubic yards of material from Station 0+00 to Station 20+00 and Station 70+00 to Station 150+00, Range 250-300. (Additional Construction time +12 calendar days.) All dredged material is expected to be beach quality and will be placed on the beach disposal area between CHPL-9 and CHPL-28 north of Boca Grande Inlet. Work will also include beach Tilling and Turbidity Monitoring. Magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000. to $5,000,000. Pre-Solicitation Notice will be issued on or about 02 Apr 98. Invitation DACW17-98-B-0011 will be issued on or about 20 Apr 98 and opened on or about 04 Jun 98. Cost of Plans and Specifications is $40.00.
