to issue a modification to Delivery Order 0015, under basic ordering
agreement N00019-95-G-0197 with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems,
Inc. (GA-ASI), San Diego, CA, to design, fabricate and test a de-icing
system for the Predator UHF/VHF Air Vehicle Antenna. GA-ASI is the
sole designer, developer and supplier of the Predator MAE UAV Air
Vehicle, and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise
and required data to meet the Government's needs. This synopsis is
