Landry, Contracting Officer, (580)442-3604 Supplies: Furnish assorted flavored fresh pies, brownies, and fresh layer cakes, sheetcakes, and shortcakes for the Fort Sill, OK dining facilities during the contract period of 1 August 1998 through 31 July 1999. Contract will be an Indefinite-Quantity Contract. Deliveries shall be made a minimum of three times per week to approximately 9 dining facilities. Contractor facilities shall be required to pass an Army Veterinary Services inspection prior to contract award. Estimated quantities are as follows: 71,800 pies, includes assorted fruit, pumpkin, lemon merinque, chiffon, cream, sweet potato, pecan, and mincemeat pies; 6,600 brownies, chocolate and butterscotch flavored; and 22,500 assorted cakes, 9 to 10 inch diameter cakes include round double layer chocolate, white, coconut cake with cream cheese icing; 2,000 shortcake cups, 3-5 inch, 8 per package; 6,000 unsliced 16 x 24 inch sheetcakes with icing, includes chocolate, coconut, and banana; 1,000 16 x 24 inch cheesecakes with assorted toppings such as cherry, pineapple, berry, etc. Proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
