942-4996 The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is responsible for
providing Nationwide Help Desk Support for 3,000 users. OIT also
maintains a central Help Desk in Washington, D.C. that fields all calls
from users nationwide. The help desk currently uses Fujitsu's Automated
Call Distribution (ACD) software to manage incoming calls. The current
ACD software is at the end of its life cycle. In order to ensure
continued support of this product and to keep pace with technology, OIT
requires an upgrade to the current version of the ACD software.
IntelliCenter from Fujitsu is the latest ACD software version offered
by Fujitsu. Due to the warranty coverage on the SEC's PABX phone sytem,
only Fortran Corporation can perform upgrades on software components of
