Basic: The contractor shall provide a Joinmt STARS Block 20 Interoperability Certification Capability (ICC) at the contractor's facility. The contractor's approach should maximize the use of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) provided in support of the Block 10 ICC, laboratory assets acquired to support the development of the Block 20 system configuration, and software developed in support of the Block 10 ICC; and deliver the initial solution, in place, in the most expeditious manner possible. The contractor shall develop a preliminary design for the Block 20 ICC and host a Preliminary Design Technical Interchange meeting. Option 1. The contractor shall perform the detailed design activities necessary to complete the design of the Block 20 IC system. The contractor shall prepare and host a Critical Design Technical Interchange meeting. Option 2. The contractor shall update the Block 20 prototype as necessary to meet the requirements of the final Block 20 system architecture. The contractor shall support the initial Interoperability Certification testing of the Block 20 system. Option 3. The contractor shall formalize the design and code of the Block 20 initial solution and perform an informal Final Acceptance Test the Block 20 Interoperability Certification System. Option 4. The contractor shall perform activities associated with the site activation and delivery of the Block 20 system to Robins AFB GA.
