R -- PUBLICATION/LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR, NIAID SOL RFP-NIAID-OD-97-51 DUE 060198 POC Karin E.Eddy,Contracting Officer, (301) 496-3878 The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases has a requirement for Logistical, administrative and publication support for the Office of the Director, NIAID. Offerors shall provide at least the following: 1) Project Management and Administrative Support to include assuring quality of assignments/tasks, monitoring of deliverables and quality control and maintaining of budget control; 2) Writing, Editing and Publication Support for preparation of various types of research reports, manuscripts pamphlets and documents; 3) Graphics support to include graphic and design needs for document publishing support as well as slide, poster, overhead, transparencies, and chart preparation for meetings and/or to support internal/external analyses; 4) Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis Support for a variety of analytic tasks; 5) Written Inquiries Support; 6) Services in support of meetings or conferences; 7) Provide ADP and Systems Logistical support for NIAID analysis projects. Offerors must have or be willing to establish an office located within 1/2 hour travel time of the Bethesda campus of the National Institutes of Health. Contractor must be able to provide daily pick-up and delivery service between its office and the NIAID. It is anticipated that one award will be made for a 5-year cost reimbursement type contract. It is anticipated that RFP 97-51 will be available on or about April 30, 1998 with a closing date of June 1, 1998. This requirement is classified as a 100% competitive 8(A) set-aside.
