GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AVAILABLE FOR LEASE The Presidio Trust, a wholly-owned Federal corporation having responsibility for management of certain structures located within the Presidio of San Francisco, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, has issued REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS with the intent of negotiating and entering into lease agreements for Building 39, consisting of 67,090 GSF, former US Army Headquarters, and Building 99, consisting of 15,140 GSF, Presidio Theater.
