MLLW, and a dredged mooring basin to -16 ft. MLLW. Armor rock protection on the breakwater will consist of stone ranging from 2,500 lbs. to 4,200 lbs. Dredged material (approximately 333,000 c.y.) will be disposed of offshore in deep water near the site. Construct a concrete navigation marker base at the end of the breakwater.
