Construction will include subgrade preparation, subbase and base placement and approximately 31,000 SY of portland cement concrete placement, and asphalt concrete shoulders with traffic pattern painting. Includes grading and drainage improvements and electrical work including wiring and taxiway lighting. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted with the Evaluation Preference included for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Time of completion will be 180 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The solicitation will be available on or about 28 April 1998. The Bid Opening will be on or about 28 May 1998.
