The work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following: Install dead bolt lock on existing mechanical room doors, relocate existing chilled water piping, provide a new emergency power to Bldg. 26001, relocate existing refrigerated air dryer, remove and replace existing 75 KVA transformer, provide new tamperproof receptable at interior, testing and balancing required for new and existing systems, provide accurate red-lined and asbuilts drawings, all other work specified in the specifications and drawings. The project magnatude is between $100K-$250K. Performance time is 160 calendar days (90 days mobilization, 70 days actual construction). Issuance of this RFP is anticipated on or about 4 May 98. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to the solicitation. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing.
