Z -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR AIRFIELD AND ROADWAY PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR, MACDILL AFB, FL SOL F08602-98-R0017 DUE 061098 POC MSgt Brian Kilpatrick, Contract Specialist, 813-828-3815x351; Ms Debra Parent, Contracting Officer, 813-828-3815x346 This procurement is for an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract which includes airfield pavements, concrete pavements, and asphalt pavements at MacDill AFB, Florida. Airfield pavements -- Contractor is required to provide all plant, labor, equipment and materials for site preparation, demolition, repair, and placement of new airfield pavements at MacDill AFB, Florida, complete ready to use in strict accordance with the specification and subject to the terms or the contract. j A supplemental work statement will be provided with each delivery order under this contract. Concrete pavements -- For each requirement or delivery order, the work included under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, plans, equipment, appliances and in performing all related or incidental work necessary to reseal joints, seal cracks, and repairing spalled areas in existing concrete pavements. The nature of repairs will require sweeping, cleaning, routing, concrete repair, concrete placement, utility structure collars, paint striping, testing, and surveys to conform to each delivery order. Also, constructing new roads, sidewalks, and parking lots where none currently exist, and to rebuild existing ones with all clearing and grubbing of sites to be performed as needed. Roadway Asphalt -- Work includes furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, plans, equipment, appliances, and in performing all related or incidental work necessary to repair and mill, overlay, slurry seal, or sealcoat asphalt pavements. The nature of repairs will require sweeping, cleaning, pothole repair, tack or prime coat as required, utility structure collars, leveling course if required, paint striping, testing, and skurveys to conform to each delivery order. The work also includes constructing new roads, sidewalks, and parking lots where none currently exist, and to rebuild existing ones with all clearing and grubbine of sites to be performed as necessary. This contract will consist of one base year and twooption years, and will be awarded utilizing price-performance tradeoff procedures. The guaranteed minimum amount is $300,000 for the life of the contract and $6,000,000 per contract period. The delivery orders may range between $10,000 and $3,000,000.
