Estimated Cost Range of Project: $100,000.00 to $250,000.00 Description of Work: This work shall include furnishing all materials, equipment and labor and related items for modifications to the existing fire training facility which has not been commissioned and operated. These modifications are safety requirements and improvements required by the Office of the Air Force Fire Marshal who will commission this facility when these modifications are completed and startup testing has been completed by the Contractor. Estimate of Construction Time: 108 calendar days. Draft specifications and drawings will be posted on the 1st CONS/LGCC WEB page during the week of 06 Apr 98 and are made available for comments. The entire, final solicitation will be released solely on the WEB page (paper copies will not be available) on or about 30 Apr 98; proposal due date on or about 22 May 98.
