This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N61339-98-Q-0481 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All references to "offers" are understood to be "quotations." The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement (FFP) and will be awarded on an "all or none" basis. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3585 and the small business size is 750. The Naval Air Warefare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), 12350 Research Parkway,Orlando, FL 32826, intends to place an order with Manufacturer Warren Technology, 2050 W. 73 Street, Hialeah, FL 33016-9912 for the following items: CLIN 0001: Linear Strip Ceiling Diffuser Insert, Black in Color, Warren Technology Part No. VQ2H-NNQNQ, QTY: 1,000 EA. CLIN 0002: Mounting Guides, Warren Technology, QTY: 5 EA. The contractor shall deliver the entire quantity: (1) F.O.B. destination; (2) within 15 days of award; (3) shipping address to be determined at time of award.
