This requirement is unrestricted. The US Navy has a requirement for the conversion of SLQ-32 Crystal Video Receivers from Band 3, part number 929164-3 to Band 2, part number 929164-2. Conversions will be performed utilizing Government Furnished Material (Band 3 Crystal Video Receivers), Statement of Work, Government owned drawings, Government furnished information and Critical Item Product Fabrication Specification. An indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity with a 2 year ordering period will be utilized. The minimum is 92 and the maximum is 138. A minimum of 92 will be purchased at time of award. Pricing is requested for a 2 year ordering period for the additional units up to the maximum quantities. Different prices for the out-years is acceptable. Pricing to allow for economic price breaks for additional purchase quantities, beyond the minimum is required. First Article Testing may be required if supplies similar or identical to those called for have not been previously delivered by the offeror and accepted by the Government. A MINIMUM OF A SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Delivery requirement is as follows: 60 Days After Completion (DAC) Initial Submission FA Test Plan; 75 DAC Government Response; 105 DAC Final Submission FA Test Plan; 120 DAC Government Response; 150 DAC Production of Qualification Units; 210 DAC Qualification Testing; 10 Days After Test Completion Qualification Test Report -- Government response 15 days after receipt; 235 DAC After approval qualification units shall be submitted to the Government for Acceptance/testing as part of the production unit; 170 Days Production Lead Time; 10 Days For shipping; 180 Days. If qualification is waived the required delivery will be 180 days after award. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, NAVSURFWARCEN DIV., Crane, IN. Inspection and acceptance shall be performed at source. Acceptance period is 30 days. FAR Part 12 procedures will not apply.
