58 -- DRIVE ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY SOL N68936-98-R-0109 DUE 061598 POC Margaret Keen, Contract Specialist, (760) 927-3180 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division intends to procure an Encoder, Telemetry System used as a part of flight telemetry systems for test and evaluation programs under a Firm Fixed Price contract in accordance with drawings and specifications included in the package. The contract will be awarded using full and open competitive procedures. The solicitation will consist of four (4) First Article Units, 75 production units, and one (1)option with a quantity of 20 units. Delivery for completion of First Article testing is 90 days desired, 120 days required after award of contract. Delivery of the production units shall be desired 150 days, 180 days required after award of contract. Partial deliveries are acceptable. Option will be exercised in accordance with FAR 52.217-7 Option for Increased Quantity -Separately Priced Line Item. Data in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) will be included in the solicitation.
