FORM/FIT/FUNCTION DESCRIPTION: This is an interconnect harness assembly that provides interconnection between internal circuit cards. Front panel switches and indicators and the external interface connector for the aerial delivery locks control panel. PREDOMINANT MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Fiberglass composite circuit card material, 6 connectors, 2 resistors, flexible ribbon cable, and EMI filter with integral external interface connector. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate inthe evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
