FSIS intends to purchase test kits for 1000 analyses. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT AVAILABLE. To fulfill this requirement, FSIS intends to negotiate with Thaco Research, Ltd, 4200 -- B Technology Court, Chantilly, VA 20151 on a sole source basis.
