This is a full and open procurement under SIC 5045, Computers and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software!! 17(v). Description: 1 each -- HP 3075 series 3 High Performance Combo Test System, 5184-node capacity system with 1 module, printer, timing sets, HJP TestJet, SW fixt, Pol. Check, PanelTest, Limited Access Solutions. 1 each -- 208 volts 3 phase power. 3 each -- HP 3070 series 3 Expansion Module. Expands nodal capacity by 1300 and DUT capacity by 1-3. 3 each -- HP 307X series 3 Integration. 1 each -- Vacuum system within testhead, 4 module system. Includes valves, tubing, pressure regulators, connectors, manifold -- located within testhead. 1 each -- B18OL System Testhead Controller Package. Includes 128mb RAM, 9gb disk, 4gb/8gb DDS2 DAT, flat panel, display mounted on adjustable arm attached to system testhead, B.03.00 system software. 12 each -- Rmkt HP HybridPlus 20 pin card 72 hybrid nodes with 8 independent drivers and receivers, 20 M patterns sec, 20mhz clocks, extended edge placement accuracy, extend ground connections. 2 each -- HP 3070 additional DUT power supply HJ 6624A power supply integrated in a HP 3070 board test system. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Evaluation will be based on (1) Technical (a) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement (b) Past Performance (see below) and (c) Delivery Terms -- ability to meet required delivery schedule and (2) Price. Factors are listed in their relative order of importance. Past performance will be evaluated as follows: Evaluation of past performance shall be based on information provided by the offeror (see below) and any other information the Government may obtain by following up on the information provided by the offeror and/or through other sources (i.e., offeror's performance on previously awarded GSA FTS delivery orders/contracts and/or contracts with other Government entities). The offeror must identify two Federal, state, or local government and private contracts or delivery/task orders for which the offeror has performed work similar to the statement of work in this solicitation. References should include the most recent contracts completed within the last two years. The offeror shall provide a point of contact, current telephone number and fax number for each contract.
