Aberdeen PG (MD), Andrews AFB (MD), Annapolis NS (MD), Bolling AFB (DC), Dahlgren NSWC (VA), Dover AFB (DE), Ft Belvoir (VA), Ft Monmouth (NJ), Fort Myer (VA), Lakehurst NAEC (NJ), McGuire AFB (NJ), Patuxent River NAS (MD), Quantico MCCDC (VA), and Walter Reed AMC (DC) are in Group 2. Group 3 commissaries are C M Price (IL), Ft Campbell (KY), Ft Knox (KY), Ft Leonard Wood (MO, Ft McCoy (WI), Great Lakes NTC (IL), Harrison Village (IN), Rock Island Arsenal (IL), Scott AFB (IL), Selfridge ANGB (MI), Whiteman AFB (MO), and Wright-Patterson AFB (OH). DSC-Richmond, Ft Eustis, Ft Lee, Ft Monroe, Langley AFB, Little Creek NAB, Norfolk NB, Oceana NAS, and Portsmouth NNSY, all of which are in Virginia are in Group 4. Commissaries require various quantities of Jumbo, Extra Large, Large, and Medium shell fresh eggs in white and brown for delivery period of July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999. The base period will be 12 months, with two 1-year options. This acquisition will be solicited Unrestricted. The contract type will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, fixed price with special factor added to the weekly market price. Government requires weekly delivery in most stores, but several times per week for larger stores. Estimated quantities for base and option years combined is: Group 1: 3,621,519 dozen, Group 2: 7,595,649 dozen, Group 3: 4,761,312 dozen, Group 4: 5,340,147 dozen. 50% of the estimated value of the contract award will be guaranteed for purchases.
