The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division is soliciting information concerning new technologies and innovations that will lead to or enable revolutionary advances in state-of-the-art products in the field of UHF Band Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars with particular emphasis on technologies to support circular AESAs. Candidate technologies include digital receivers, direct digital synthesis, high power phase shifters, high power switches, advanced switching networks, advanced analog to digital (A/D) converters, space and time adaptive processing (STAP) algorithm development and implementation, UHF Transmit/Receive (T/R) module technology, low noise amplifiers, attenuators, flight-certifiable radome technologies, and sensor fusion algorithms. This solicitation for information is a statement of willingness to consider opportunities to enter into potential joint ventures, partnering or business arrangements with the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD). Information sources are requested to submit a brief descriptive synopsis of their company's history, capabilities, and a list of examples demonstrating the type of subject matter areas or market competence. NAWCAD encourages industry, academia, government and military commands to collaborate with us in partnering to maximize our customer support efforts.
