Provide A/E services necessary to fully develop specifications, working drawings, details, schedules, detail cost estimates and related information necessary to abate all the accessible asbestos containing material (ACM) in building 304 at the West Los Angeles, VA Medical Center, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, Ca. 90073. All abated materials are to be replaced with non ACM to match existing. A/E services will include but not limited to the following: a) Technical specifications; b) Design and construction drawings; c) Construction cost estimates; d) Construction Period services; e) All ACM abatement, monitoring, sampling, testing and analysis services; f) All design shall comply with applicable sections of VA publications, NFPA and VA standards. Estimated construction cost is between $500,000 and 1 Million. Area of consideration is limited to firms located within a 50 mile radius of the West Los Angeles, VA Medical Center.
