We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Base Librarys Summer Reading Program on Elmendorf Air Force Base to be held from 7 July-28 July 1998. We are accepting sponsorship/donations in the following forms. $1,500 to be used to purchase new childrens books in support of this program, for programming materials ( bags, bookmarks. pins, certificates, etc.), and for weekly grand prizes. The books needed to support this event must be purchased no later than May 98 to ensure availability for program participants. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation can be accepted no later than 18 May 1998. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government. (0097)
