The Stratton VA Medical Center, Albany, New York is conducting discussions with local hospitals and established outpatient clinics located within the Plattsburgh, New York community that comprises its primary services area for the purpose of evaluating and awarding contracts for the mutual use of shared resources to provide its veteran beneficiaries who reside in outlying counties with improved access to community based healthcare services to include Mental Health services. Discussions will be limited to hospitals, ambulatory care facilities and/or group practices that already conduct Primary and Preventative Healthcare in the Plattsburgh, New York area. The facility housing the clinic shall have expansion possibilities. Solicitation package will be available o/a April 15, 1998.
