The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to issue on an unrestricted basis, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for an acquisition on behalf of the U.S. Department of the Army's Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans (DCSOPS). The requirement is for one (1) full-time equivalent Joint Exercise Planner to provide on-site technical support, to design, plan, coordinate, control and evalute the Army's participation in Commander-in-Chief (CINC), Office of of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Joint Command Post Exercises (CPXs). A top secret clearance is mandatory. The period of performance shall be from 01 May 1998 through 30 September 1998.
