The Government seeks continuation of development of the Multi-Source Correlator/Tracker (MSC/T) which is being developed for the United States Marine Corps (USMC). The MSC/T software suite resides upon a Sun SPARC Ultra II computer and serves as the operating software which correlates the information received from the Navy CEC link and from various air defense data links which have been forwarded from the Air Defense System Integrator. The MSC/T then outputs correlated, formatted information to the USMC CEC system display and workstation LAN. This procurement will be issued as a sole source procurement in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to Solipsys Corporation, 6100 Chevy Chase Drive, Laurel, MD 20707. It is anticipated that a labor-hours contract for one month with four one-month options will be awarded.
