Work includes; but, is not limited to all labor, materials, management, supervision, tools, equipment, incidental engineering and transportation necessary for cleaning of 42 catch basins and 75 manholes which represents a total of 12,859 feet (2.44 miles) of piping. It is projected that an estimated total of 488 tons of soil/sediment waste will be collected from the storm drain system; 10% (49 tons) will the hazardous and 90% (439 tons) will be non-hazardous. All cleaning is in the Fixed price portion of the contract. Hauling and disposal of additional soil/sediment waste will be under the Indefinite Quantity portion of the contract.
