The potential contractor shall be a company regularly engaged in performing this type of work for at least the last five years. After identification of potential sources, the Government proposes to procure the project under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 4783. Firms responding to this announcement are requested to submit a letter indicating they are interested in this project and whether they are or not a small business firm. Based on the responses to this announcement, the Government reserves the right to set-aside this project for small business firms only.
