Contractor will be responsible for design and construction of a complete commissary/exchange shopping center facility, which includes a military commissary, exchange retail store, food court, and shopping mall, all under one roof. This project includes all structures, utilities, roads, walks, parking lots, and associated on-site improvements including landscaping and traffic control devices. Total square footage of the facility is approximately 225,000 square feet, including approximately 109,000 square feet for the commissary, and 116,000 square feet for the exchange, mall and food court. Magnitude of construction is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This procurement is unrestricted. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project will be issued approximately 28 April 1998. Closing date will be 30 days after issuance of RFP.
