Both projects are being issued under one solicitation, and one contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The scope of work for both projects consists of the following: Alter Refueling Vechile Parking consists of all work required to increase the size of the existing parking pad and spill containment system including the following: 1. Selective demolition and disposal of existing concrete structure. 2. Site grading. 3. Placing of new concrete pad. 4. Bituminous paving, new and patching. 5. Electrical service to pad area. Including explosion proof areas 6. Drainage system including pipe, manholes, catch basins, coveres and grates Repair Hydrant Outlet Pits, consists of all work required to install pit fiberglass pit liners in existing pits, including the following: 1. Removal of existing pit covers. 2. Dewatering of pits including disposal if contaminated. 3. Surface repairs to concrete pit. 4. Liner installation 5. Reinstallation of pit covers. Performance period will be 90 calendar days. Bid issue dae on or about 10 June 1998. Bid opening dae on or about 17 July 1998. Estimated cost of construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This procurement is bein solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns.
