30, Crowhill Streets (0.218km); Route 40, Tokio Streets (0.843km);
Route 50, Mission Streets (1.670km) -- Total length=18,504km on the
Fort Totten Indian Resevation, Benson County, North Dakota. The
estimated price range will be $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Bidding
material will be non-refundable. Only cashier's check or money order
acceptable. This is restricted to Buy-Indian economic enterprises that
are 51 percent Indian-owned and controlled firms. "Section 7(b) of
Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 460E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires that
preference opportunities in employment and training be given to
Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises. Failure to complete the
subcontracting information in the bid package shall be sufficient
