One Park Street, PO Box 61, Mattapoisett, MA. to provide a self propelled hydraulic submersible yard vehicle, 60 ton capacity, Model SU-2. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation necessary to deliver the specified vehicle to US Coast Guard, Group Long Island Sound, New Haven, CT. Contractor shall provide testing in accordance with the specifications at the delivery site. Provide an original and two copies of an operation and maintenance manual for the specified vehicle and eight hours of training to selected personnel.
