The base year would be effective 1 October 1998. Requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The Contractor shall provide services of maintenance and repairs on all Nutrition Care Division's hospital food service kitchen equipment and accessories in building 3600 for Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Except for government furnished property, the contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, administration, parts, materials, manufactuer's authorized field modifications (FMI's) and individual tools and test equipment in strict accordance with manufacturer's manuals and quality control policies and procedures.
