The Contractor will accomplish the following tasks: 1) Evaluate and provide a producibility study which shows that the Contractor can incorporate Government furnished Vent Design into the production of PA116 Containers and how this production will be accomplished in the most efficient and cost effective manner; 2) Fabricate "SOFT" (easily modifiable) tooling to manufacture IM PA116 Containers; 3) Manufacture and deliver an Engineering Test Quantity of fifty (50) each Insensitive Munitions (IM) PA116 Metal Containers in accordance with Drawing #12912366 and CAD IM Drawings. There is a possibility of two options, at a quantity of 50 for each option. The contractor must have prior experience, existing tooling, and an existing production line for the above requirement.
