E-MAIL: 3rd Services Marketing & Publicity Office, sjones@elmendorf.af.mil. We are soliciting in-kind donations for the Eagleglen Golf Courses 1998 golf seasons Tee Markers. We need approximately $2,700 for the following holes. Hole 4,5,or 6 (at $300 each hole),and holes 11 through 16 (also at $300 per hole). Elmendorf Air Force Base supports approximately 25,000 people, wich include 6,500 active duty, 10,000 of their family members, 1,000 civilian DOD employees, and 7,000 retirees. During the summer months, the base has between 3,000 and 4,000 temporary duty (TDY) personnel. Our golf course,wich is open to both the military and civilian community, hosts 500 season pass holders and 20,000 visitors each season. We average approximately 35,000 rounds of golf during the May-through-September season. We hold an average of 100 tournaments, featuring USGA, Retired Military Golf Association, as well as Anchorage Womens Golf Association events. We will accept all or part sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation can be received no later than 16 May 1998. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government. (0098)
