Wee are soliciting in-kind donations for the Youth Centers Home Visits Breakfast with Santa to be held on Elmendorf Air Force Base during the month of December '98. This is a popular event during the holiday season and is open to the entire base population. For Santas home visits we are asking for about 250 footlong candy canes and filled nylon stockings that will be handed out during 50 to 60 stops. We are also seeking approximately 20-30 dozen eggs, 20-25 pounds of bacon, 20-25 pounds of sausage, 24-28 gallons of milk, 25-30 gallons of juice, and 48-50 loafs of bread to be used for breakfast that will feature Santa. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for this event. all offers will be considered. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitaton can be accepted no later than 10 november 1998. This is a solicitaton for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government.
